1. Purpose

This AI Usage Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules and responsibilities for using AI-assisted features offered by Laivisson OÜ (the "Service"), including generation of text, images, and automation tools (e.g., scheduling or publishing). The goal is to help users create content efficiently while reducing legal, reputational, and safety risks.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all users of the Service (including trial, free, and paid accounts) and covers:

• AI-generated or AI-assisted text content (e.g., captions, posts, articles).
• AI-generated or AI-assisted images, graphics, and visual assets.
• Automation features that schedule, publish, or distribute content to third-party platforms.
• Any prompts, source materials, and inputs provided to the Service.

3. Core Principles

• Human accountability: You remain responsible for the content you create, approve, and publish.
• Lawful use: You must comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
• Platform compliance: You must follow the rules and policies of any third-party platform where you post content.
• Transparency and integrity: You must not use AI to mislead audiences or impersonate others.
• Safety: You must not use the Service to create harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Review and approve AI outputs before publishing or distributing them.
• Verify factual claims and ensure statements are accurate and not misleading.
• Obtain all necessary permissions for any third-party content you upload (e.g., images, logos, brand assets).
• Ensure you have a lawful basis to process any personal data included in prompts or inputs.
• Use appropriate disclaimers where required (e.g., advertising disclosures, affiliate disclosures, or where AI-generated content could confuse end users).

5. Human Review and Editorial Control

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or biased content. You must apply human review, including:

• Checking for factual accuracy, tone, and suitability for your audience.
• Screening for sensitive, private, or confidential information.
• Ensuring compliance with advertising, consumer protection, and other applicable regulations.
• Confirming that content does not infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Content

Illegal activity

• Promotes, facilitates, or instructs illegal activities.
• Includes content that violates sanctions, export controls, or applicable regulations.

Hate, harassment, and violence

• Targets individuals or groups with hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Incites violence or glorifies harm.

Sexual content involving minors or exploitation

• Depicts or sexualizes minors or facilitates exploitation. (Zero tolerance.)

Self-harm and dangerous behavior

• Encourages self-harm or provides instructions for self-harm or dangerous acts.

Deceptive or fraudulent behavior

• Impersonation, identity fraud, or deceptive claims intended to mislead.
• Phishing, malware, or other cyber abuse.

Privacy and personal data abuse

• Includes sensitive personal data without lawful basis (e.g., medical data, biometrics, precise location).
• Attempts to identify individuals from images or personal attributes without permission.

Intellectual property infringement

• Copies or imitates protected works beyond fair use or without permission.
• Uses trademarks, logos, or copyrighted characters in ways that infringe rights.

High-stakes professional advice

• Presents outputs as medical, legal, or financial advice without qualified review and appropriate disclosures.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and your use of outputs comply with intellectual property laws. You must not upload or request content that you do not have rights to use. Laivisson OÜ may remove content or restrict use if it receives a credible claim of infringement.

• If you upload brand assets (e.g., logos) or third-party materials, you represent that you have permission to do so.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Automation

If the Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., social networks), you must comply with those platforms' terms, API policies, community guidelines, and advertising rules. Automation features must be configured responsibly.

• Do not use auto-posting to spam, evade moderation, or manipulate engagement.
• Ensure scheduled content is reviewed for timeliness and context (e.g., avoid posting during sensitive events).
• Maintain compliance with rate limits and posting restrictions of integrated platforms.

9. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Do not include confidential information (yours or third parties') in prompts or uploads unless you have authorization and a lawful basis. You should avoid entering secrets such as API keys, passwords, or private customer data into prompts.

Where personal data is processed, you are responsible for meeting your obligations under applicable privacy laws (e.g., lawful basis, transparency, data minimization).

10. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Suspension

Laivisson OÜ may investigate suspected violations of this Policy. We may, at our discretion, take actions including:

• Removing or disabling access to content or features.
• Suspending or terminating accounts.
• Reporting illegal activity to relevant authorities where required.

Enforcement decisions may be based on user reports, automated signals, or other information available to us.

11. Consent Recordkeeping

For compliance purposes, we may record your acceptance of this Policy, including timestamp, policy version, and related metadata. These records may be used to demonstrate compliance, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
